3 New Zero-Net-Energy Projects Underway with Partner MODUS Development
MODUS Development and Ameris Construction partnered together to build three new zero-net-energy projects, Eclipse,The Roosevelt and Phase 2 of MZ Townhomes.
MODUS Development plans to unveil three new zero-net energy projects for 2017 that Ameris Construction will be partnering with them on. Three projects will be similar to MZ Town-homes, the first completely Zero-net-energy multi-family complex to be completed.
The MODUS Development / Caliber partnership will be breaking ground on Eclipse town-homes on March 1, 2017. These 20-unit luxury town-homes will sit on 1.4 acres, ranging in size from 1,811 to 2,065 square feet. Each town-home will have two car garage, two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a third guest room option and a community pool. Eclipse will be located on the southeast corner of McDowell and Granite Reef Road in Scottsdale, Arizona.
The Roosevelt will be the third project underway in Tempe, AZ between MODUS Development and Caliber. This project will be a two phase project. Phase one will include 14 three-story residences with two bedrooms, two baths, a two-car garage. Phase 2 will be slated to have 18 total units in the same configuration.
The second phase of MZ Town-homes will also be started this year. MZ Phase 2 will include 11 townhomes within two three-story buildings ranging in size from 1,313 to 2,171 square feet. There will be one and two bedroom options with one or two car garage, and a community pool. They will be located just one block east of the Scottsdale Road and Camelback Road intersection.
Ameris Construction is pleased to be apart of delivering projects that bring a high level of sustainability and energy efficiency to the marketplace. We have successfully completed zero-net-energy apartments and town-homes. We anticipate bringing additional product types that are sustainable and energy efficient such as condominiums, other multifamily product, office buildings, industrial buildings and retail.
