Mulit-family Executive magazine released an article on July 20 called Affordable Sustainability and featured the Dusk Apartment formerly known as Equinox. The article addresses how to overcome obstacles in achieving a sustainable, green, energy efficient, net-zero project. The only way to accomplish this is a collaborative effort with a team of experienced and knowledgeable professionals. Greg Goss was quotes as saying, ” Net-zero energy products translate to quantifiable savings in energy consumption.” Once again Ameris Multi-family continues to produce true sustainable projects that translate to savings in energy for the end user, while producing higher return on investment for project owners.
