Completed in 2020, Arrive Phoenix is a 79-room hotel, spanning over 2 acres. The hotel also hosts a boutique coffee shop, a poolside taco bar, a gourmet ice creamery, and a nautical-themed rooftop craft cocktail bar featuring sweeping 360-degree city views.

Two mid-century modern office buildings were preserved in their transformation into the Arrive Hotel. The adaptive reuse project connects both guests and locals with the surrounding Midtown Phoenix neighborhoods.

This build encompassed a full remodel on two existing buildings, a free standing addition, and four ground up buildings.
