GEN-TECH Office
Built for mixed-use as an office, training facility, and warehouse, Gen-Tech was completed in 2020. Spanning 21,338 sq ft, and on top of being a true net-zero energy office, the building only utilizes 45% of the energy it produces.
Gen-Tech was a concrete tilt-up build.
