Adaptive Reuse Project on Roosevelt Row in Phoenix

Synectic Design Inc. architecture firm and Ameris Construction have been contracted by Harder for the Carline Center project.

Harder Development’s new adaptive reuse project the Carline Center is along downtown Phoenix’s Roosevelt Row. The Carline Center at the northeast corner of Roosevelt Street and 11th Avenue.

MZ Zero-Net-Energy Townhome Complex Under Construction

Project MZ, which stands for Modus Zero. Modus Development and Icon Properties’ MZ, an eight-unit condominium complex, should be completed in early summer at 7301 E. Minnezona Ave. It is touted as a zero-net-energy residential project.

Zero net energy means the complex is being built so residents won’t have any energy costs.
